Olive Cheese Melts
Great recipe. I have an old one using store bought tapenade, ( a mixture of black olives, capers, olive oil, etc) grated swiss cheese and dijon mustard, no salt. I serve on toasted slices of french baguette topped with fresh diced onion with a squeeze of lemon juice. Yummy..

Southwest Style Creamy Corn Chowder
To obtain more fresh corn taste, I added 2 cups of fresh corn chopped in the blender . For a little bite chop real fine 1/2 of a fresh jalapeno pepper with veins and seed removed. Delicious. What a great soup.
