Single Crust Peach Pie
So good and easy, not runny at all! Great way to use up the pick your own peaches I had too much of!

Blackberry Cobbler
Very easy and fast. It was a week night hit and got rid of the berries in the fridge without having much time to do anything. Loved it with vanilla bean ice cream on top.

Jalapeno Strawberry Jam
Loved this! Wonderful sweet heat combination. It's great over cream cheese with crusty bread and crackers for an appetizer with a nice glass of white wine or for breakfast with toast or bagels. I seeded a few of the peppers but other than that kept everything else the same.
