Three Packet Slow Cooker Roast
Take a look at what is contained in these innocent packages you are encouraged to feed your family. They are loaded with salt, sugar, and other ingredients that will leave you longing for a better life. Please don't use the packages of chemicals to make a dinner for your family. Use fresh and dried spices. Fresh veggies added to the pot roast not only add flavor and depth to the meal they provide wonderful nutrients to your meal. Enjoy your food not the additives and chemicals.

Greek Cream Cheese-Stuffed Chicken
I add a minimum of 3 cloves of garlic smashed and at least 1/2 cup of onion, Greek Oregano and small amount of Basil. I also use Kalamata Greek olives. I brush the chicken in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Served with a lovely Greek Artichoke and Avocado salad it is a real treat.

Soccer Salad
There is nothing wrong with the salad portion that the addition of a few veggies wouldn't cure. The dressing has to go. Too much sugar.Too much oil. We would substitute olive oil and that one third of a cup. The addition of the veggies and some garbanzo beans would bring the nutrition value up to an acceptable level. Keep the garlic. Some bean sprouts are nice.
