Parmesan Chicken I
This is pretty good. I cooked mine for 8 hours in the crock pot, but I think it was probably done after about 7 hours. The rice was a little mushy and the chicken was a little overdone, but I still liked the taste. I am going to make it again, just not cook it as long next time.
