Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Cornbread Dressing

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2011
I didn't have half the ingrediants on that list, but for what i did, i was still able to make this and it turned out deliecious. what a great way to use left over cornbread. The boyfriend fell in love with it also and there was no dryness to my chicken, which i have the worst luck with. thanks for a great recipe

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2011
this was wonderful!!! i did as suggested and doubled the tortilla layers which made it really sturdy to pull from the baking dish. I did the tortilla, beans, meat mix, cheese and etc. so it took a little longer but still came out great!

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
This was great, it was a cross between the texture of chili but a great flavor of the taco. I did add more spice such as cayenne pepper, flakes, and tapatio, overall wonderful!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
This was wonderful! It was so tasty, though it didn't have much for spice, so I added a dash of cayenne pepper and Tapatio (hot sauce). The little bit gave it just the right flavor without overwhelming hot. So great with chips or bite bagets. Will use again.

Jamie's Minestrone

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
These was great, it made a super harty soup, but i may have overdone it on the veggies, because i had to add more broth, water, and tomato sauce. With so much in it, it didnt soften the veggies as much as i prefer. but eating it the next day was perfect! Great with garlic bread sticks.

Strawberry Banana Crepes

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2011
These were great! and so easy to put together. what i did was pour the batter in the middle of the pan and rotated my pan back and forth to thin out the matter. When it looks cooked in the middle, then flip it to cook for a few seconds, and done! The filling was good, but I wish it was was creamier/smoother, because the cream cheese was still chunky. But was great when i made them with strawberries, blueberries, and one with peanut butter. YUM! Love this recipe, super easy!

Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2011
These were great and so easy to make. I prefer them to be softer so I only baked them for 6 minutes, and had them cool off on a rack so they didnt cook to long. They had that nice crisp on the edge but soft on the inside. I would make these again!

Oreo™ Cookie Bark

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2011
Super easy to make and my boyfriend had fun crunching up the oreos-though I had him do that in a large gallon zip bag instead of his hands. But easy to put together and everyone loved them! thanks for the recipe!
