Brown Sugar Banana Nut Bread II

Great tasting banana bread!!! I used the sweet bread setting on my bread maker, which had the extended beeper to add bananas and nuts later. I'll definitely make this again. An interesting way to use bananas up in my bread maker.

Pumpkin Cake

Definite 5*, turned out perfect. I used half brown sugar, half white(thanks to someones advice), added 1 tsp baking powder, and went with the pecans,used only cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and iced this bunt cake with cream cheese icing. This recipe would have been perfect still if i left it as was!!! We found this to be moist and full of flavor!! I'll make this again!

Blackberry Pie IV

Stuffed Crown Roast of Pork

Wonderful recipe. Was very tasty, a definite hit, and so easy to follow. It was my first time making a Crown Roast, no one would have guessed! The stuffing was superb also. I've been making this around Christmas time for the past 2 years. The stuffing is the best anytime, i often make it as a side dish too.

Cranberry Applesauce Muffins

Very good, specially when you need a quick bite before you busily head out the door!! I used dried cranberries, nice combination with the pecans. I will make these again!

Pork and Potatoes

This was very good for a quick easy, hassle free, one dish meal. The chops very tender. I did pre-cook the potatoes after reading other reviews. I also added mushrooms, seasoned to my taste. Great idea!

Neapolitan Cake

This was definitely a conversation piece. Such a creative idea and recipe. I made it for a friend for her birthday and we marveled how pretty it looked swirled just like the ice cream. Being that it was a birthday cake, I iced it with a fluffy white frosting. A nice moist flavorful cake. I'm filing this recipe away!

Turkey Noodle Stew

This is one of the best ways I've ever used my leftover Turkey! Great comfort food and different from the standard Turkey Soup. I followed this as listed only I used Turkey stock as I had it on hand. I totally recommend this recipe.

Bread Machine Rolls

These are excellent and easy to make. Everyone loved them. This will be my staple for easy good breadmachine rolls! I don't know how much a package of yeast is, i put 2 tsp of yeast in breadmaker, its perfect!! I think this is the best dough recipe you can make into bun yourself. A fresh yeasty tasting bun. It makes an easy dozen. I won't make ANY other recipe. A SUCCESS!!

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

I'll be using this shortbread recipe every year. The dough was so easy to work with, delicious! The cookies didn't crack and were NOT dry tasting. I used rice flour instead of cornstarch, i had it on hand. I added 1 tsp of vanilla for extra flavor. It did the trick. Great recipe!

Molasses Sugar Cookies

These are the BEST!! I've never had so many people rave about my baking like this before. Moist, delicious, chewy. These will impress even the fussiest people. I plan on baking these thru Christmas. I rolled my cookies in sugar and added red and green sprinkles to look Christmas-y
