This recipe definitely taught me how to make no fail lasagna! Was delicious. I always had a hard time getting it to stay together, this recipe each slice came out whole, i was impressed. Very tastey, i did add a little extra sauce.

Lazy Dazy Cake I

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2003
Delicious, I didn't make the topping, i needed an easy quick sponge cake and this was it! I frosted my cake with cream cheese icing and added whipped topping to the top and put sliced strawberries on top with a handful of blueberries. Turned out awesome. My cake baked 35 minutes (thanks for the tip in earlier reviews). I'll make this cake again!!!

Pumpkin Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2003
Definite 5*, turned out perfect. I used half brown sugar, half white(thanks to someones advice), added 1 tsp baking powder, and went with the pecans, used only cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice and iced this bunt cake with cream cheese icing. This recipe would have been perfect still if i left it as was!!! We found this to be moist and full of flavor!! I'll make this again!

Delicious Sweet Bread! A compliment to any meal or sandwhich. Easy directions, perfect in my Black n' Decker bread maker. I was a little worried at first it wouldn't rise enough, in the end i was pleasently surprised. I'll make this over and over......

Banana Pudding Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 2, 2003
This tasted as good as my banana bread. Very similar. Next time i'll add some butterscotch/caramel chips to give it its own taste. I made it in a bundt pan, turned out nicely, easy to make. A creative way to use up bananas, i'm always looking for something new to keep our lunches lively (:

Very good recipe, it tastes just like pumpkin pie. I added pecans to mine, and used cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Tastes best when completely sets. I'll definitely make this again!

Pork and Potatoes

This was very good for a quick easy, hassle free, one dish meal. The chops very tender. I did pre-cook the potatoes after reading other reviews. I also added mushrooms, seasoned to my taste. Great idea!
