To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2012
Make sure you spray your whole pan with pam, and immediately separated the "muffin borders" when I took them out of the oven. Then I waited until they cool to take them out of the pan and had no problem! best blueberry muffins ever and it doesn't matter if you use frozen blueberries. Just make sure you rinse and drain them.

Rich Chocolate Frosting

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2011
this makes enough to frost 2 9in cakes with layers!!!! You can freeze butter cream though, just make sure to mix it thoroughly after it defrosts. If this is to fudgy for you, you can add a container of whipped cream to tone it down.

Fluffy Pancakes

I didn't have regular vinegar, so I used rice wine vinegar and they turned out beautifully. We topped ours with a little bit of mashed bananas and caramelized pecans before we flipped them in the pan and they were no doubt the best pancakes we've ever had! Thanks for the recipe

Apple Bavarian Torte

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2010
This is one of the best recipes I've made! MAKE SURE YOU SLICE YOUR APPLES THIN ENOUGH, so that you don't have the same probs as the other readers. I only needed 3 large apples (the tartness of granny smith was perfect). Make sure you don't use anything bigger than a 9 in pan, or else the yummy crust is spread to thin. Don't worry about just dumping the almonds on the top and spreading them out, they turn out toasty and fabulous! This is a keeper
