Citrus Chicken Stir Fry
We really enjoyed this dish. I found it had lots of flavor. Instead of the tamari sauce I used soya sauce as that was what was on hand. Then instead of peanut oil i used seasame oil...again what was on hand. Plus we had some "ancient grains" from costco so used that instead of noodles...so good as for veggies i used snow peas, yellow pepper, carrots, cauliflower, onion and celery. I should have taken a picture as it was super colorful and tastey!

Banana Crumb Muffins
Mmmm scrummy! I got 9 muffins out of it and my husband came home and ate 3 in 30 minutes of course while they were warm he smothered some butter on them. Nice crunchy topping. Definitely a keeper for recipes!

Sausage Smothered in Red Cabbage
I was quite disappointed with this recipe after reading all the RAVING reviews. I definitely wouldn't make it again. I just found it a boring dish. Sorry folks!
