I am so glad 1. I have never had Irish soda bread before....and 2. I did NOT read the reviews before making this recipe. I used a little extra buttermilk as I did not use the sour cream and it was GREAT! Don't know if it tastes like "real" soda bread but it was very nice with our corned beef and cabbage dinner! Can't ask for more than that!

Tuna and Chickpea Salad

Krissy, so sorry not to have rated this earlier! Shame on me for using this recipe so many times and not sharing my love for it. Cuban husband loves it, I have made it for Italians on the amalfi coast and my family from Ohio! It is great, can use lime for the Cuban, lemons for the Italians, goat cheese in a pinch, very very very good!

Creme Brulee

very very good- of course used recommendations by chefpeon...doubled the recipe though for a large group...now what do I do with a dozen egg whites that is easy and will dazzle the crowd????
