Cream Cheese Frosting II

Yum! The flavor is phenomenal!!! I loved this frosting, however as other reviewers mentioned, the frosting is not thick enough to pipe. Great if you are icing a sheet cake, but if you are icing a round cake, the icing will run unless altered to thicken. Having said that, I still LOVED this flavor. The best cream cheese frosting I have had thusfar. Gave 4 out of 5 stars due to consistency.

Key Lime Cheesecake I

Wonderfully delicious cheesecake. Just enough sweetness to balance out the "tang." I have given this cheesecake out as gifts, and have also entered it in a baking competition and won first place! This is a must try!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Loved, loved, loved this recipe. I added a layer of ketchup/mustard mixture over the top of the meatloaf before adding it to the oven. The cracker crumbs made the meatloaf sooo moist. I will definitely try this meatloaf again and again.

Oven Fried Chicken IV

I had high hopes for this recipe, however my family and I did not like this recipe at all. It called for too much rosemary and it overpowered the dish completely. I found that other than that, the actual chicken itself was bland. Would have been better perhaps with much much less of the herbs and if the chicken were seasoned prior to coating in the sour cream/garlic mixture. I don't think I will be trying this one again unfortunately.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

What a beautiful cheesecake this turned out to be. I agree with other reviewers though; it should definitely be in a water bath for baking. The sides cracked on me and I should have gone with my initial instinct of the water bath. Next time with my adjustments, I am sure it will be even more fantastic.
