The ratio of ingredients is off. Its too cheesy, not enough bread, probably a little more egg would make it better as well.

This was so good! The vegetables keep the meat moist so you dont have to worry about over cooking it. (I always worry with chicken) It is healthy and delicious! This has become one of my favorite recipes.

Happy Birthday Cake

This cake is very crumbly almost like cornbread. I like dense cakes but this one was too crumbly and dry. My guest thought it was strange for a cake to be falling apart the way it did

Anaheim Fish Tacos

This was sooo good. I used swordfish and fish stock. My husband is from California and has had many types of fish tacos. He said this was one of the best he's had. I will be making this again and again.

Red Wine Flavored Beef

Very flavorful. I used sherry wine and could really taste it in the back ground. The seasoning was too salty so I wasnt able to make a gravy from the remaining liquid. The meat was really good. Just make sure not to cook to long in the crock pot. Will make again and again!

Tangy Fajita Marinade

This marinade needs to marinate for at least 2 days to really get some flavor. I doubled the recipe and added fajita veggies to it. It was pretty good. Next time I will marinate for 3 days.

Honey Baked Chicken II

This recipe was okay. I think it would have been better if only dark meat was used. The chicken breast was a little dry. Definately needs to be eaten right away, doesnt taste right the second day. I bet cooking it in a crock pot would be easier and make the meat more tender.
