All-Around Good Smoothie

Love this one! I did make two changes: I use 1T of splenda instead of honey and I also added 1/2t of almond extract. I never get tired of this smoothie!

Port And Mushroom Sauce Chicken

I LOVED this recipe!! I made some modifications based on what I had lying around. I only had white wine, so I nixed the port. No shallots on hand, used onions instead. Didn't use any tarragon or parsley. I added some garlic (What are mushrooms without garlic??) I also tripled the sauce. Overall . . . fantastic!

Southwest Chicken

I found this to be kind of on the bland side. I even added onion, garlic and chili powder. My kids loved it. And, it was easy b/c I threw it all in the crock pot.

Tasty Lentil Tacos

I liked these tacos even better than with ground beef! The filling has excellent flavor and doesn't fall out of your tacos like ground beef does!
