Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
My family loves these enchiladas! Super easy to make, and you really can't go wrong...even if you don't have all the ingredients they will still turn out great. I've made them with no sour cream (not as good, but what do you do) and also without the green onions and lime. I prefer to only use half the taco seasoning otherwise it seems kind of strong, and also instead of 1 c. water, I use the water from the chicken that I boiled. I will make this again and again.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ok, so this might not be fair because the first time I made these cookies I used other's suggestions without first trying the original. I did the 1 1/2 c. brown sugar and 1/2 white sugar, I prefer the way I usually make them with 1 c. brown, 3/4 c. white. I also used the suggestion of cream of tarter...didnt notice much difference. Next time I'll try the original recipe. All in all, you really cant go wrong with chocolate chip cookies...they'll still get eaten.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork
Very good pulled pork. My problem was the sauce was too runny I couldn't really taste the flavor of the sauce and the flavor didn't stick to the meat. My solution..after the pork was removed and shreded, I dissolved 2 TBSP corn startch in 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar and added it to the sauce. It thickened right up so the flavor (which was amazing once thickened)actually stuck to the meat. It was the first time my husband asked for seconds when I made pulled pork.
