Blueberry Zucchini Bread

Great recipe Just a few changes for me.. I always substitute half applesauce for oil, added a 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, and reduced the sugar to 1 3/4 cups because I used super sweet fresh picked blueberries. I made two 8 inch loaves baking at 350 degrees for 40 minutes and they turned out perfect! Thanks for this great creation!

Onion & Garlic Biscuit Flat Bread

No other words but "Absolutely Delicious"! I only made 5 biscuits since there is only me and my guy. I wish I made more since he ate 4. Thanks so much for this recipe Bellepepper. I am thinking I will be trying these again soon for Egg Sandwiches (A little birdie that ate 4 said I should!)

Jan's Pretzel Dogs

Anyone that is afraid to make these..DON'T be afraid. They could not be easier and the best part is that they are to die for! After Jan's advice, I prepped the dogs up until right before baking just after boiling. Put them in the fridge until I was ready to bake and baked when I got home. Perfect! My guy ate 2 before I even put got them off the pan. The only substitute I made was to use regular AP flour. Thank you for sharing this awesome recipe What's For Dinner, Mom. (P.S. Jan, My freinds that I made these for ate them in seconds flat! Much better than sandwiches..)

I followed this recipe "almost to a T". Added a bit of garlic to the sauce since we love garlic. Served over Orzo Pasta. This recipe is a total winner! Thank you Ken. You are a true master!

Can you say awesome?!!! The only thing I did different was to add a touch of vanilla to the Cream Chesse and PB mixture. They came out perfect at 33 minutes in my oven. Made these 2 hours ago and now only 1/4 pan exists! Love them!

Chocolate Popcorn

Thank you for this great creation! I added some mini pretzels and Reese's Pieces to the mix along with the peanuts. My guy is in heaven! I did use a bit less sugar because of the candy. Don't change a thing!

Amazing bread! So moist and flavorful. Only changes were mashing the bananas (preference only), subbed half of the white sugar for brown, and half the butter for applesauce. You won't go wrong with this bread!

Mini Sour Cream Biscuits

Great, quick biscuits! Added a bit of garlic and onion powder, a touch of shredded cheese, and made 6 larger muffins instead of 12. So light and fluffy. Thank you for a keeper recipe!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Were they Big? Yes. Were they Fat? Yes. Were they Chewy? Yes. Were they the Best? HOLY COW YES! Didn't change a thing except to refrigerate dough as suggested and baked on parchment paper. Be sure to let cool on the pans before moving to a wire rack. The only Chocolate Chip Cookie I will ever use from now on!

Awesome! I only did half of the recipe and it made 15 cupcakes. Wouldn't change a thing. Sorry I did modify but only to make less. Made yesterday and all are gone! Great job!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Terrific! I didn't use a whole chicken, just bone in pieces with skin on. Didn't change the recipe except to add a little more garlic and pepper to suit our taste. Cut up the onion and tossed it in the ziploc bag. I did marinate overnight and glad I did. You won't be sorry with this. Tastes better than the store and much cheaper too!

Orange Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Excellent recipe! I added a handful of brown sugar to the marinade reduced it and basted the pork at the end of cooking and turned on the broiler for a nice crunchy glaze..Next time I am going to try this on chicken!
