Angel Food Cake III
From someone who makes a lot of Angel Food cakes, this is not the best. To make a really good one, you need to use powdered sugar with the flour, not white sugar. The white sugar weighed the batter down and it didn't rise as well. Also, the cake lacked flavor. I also use just a bit of almond extract in mine to add some flavor.

Country Apple Dumplings
I did as many suggested and cut the butter & sugar in half. (1/2 C butter, 1/2C white sugar & 1/4C brown sugar). I also added 1t vanilla to this mixture. Quick, easy & delicious!

Best Ever Muffins
This is now my standard recipe for muffins. I make banana nut and apple cinnamon all the time. The last time I made the banana nut, I used 1/2 regular sugar & 1/2 brown sugar and some vanilla. Added the little extra punch in flavor.
