Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Great recipe! Very moist. I tweaked it by substituting 1/2 the flour for whole wheat flour, and used 3/4 cup demarra sugar instead of white sugar. It took a little longer to beat it well enough so the sugar was properly blended. I didn't have sour cream and used nonfat, plain Greek yogurt. I used three very soft bananas mashed and also added some semisweet chocolate chips. I will use this recipe again for certain.

Smashed Cauliflower
Instead of Vt cheddar, I used about 1/4 cup of sour cream and onion dip (like Utz or Heluva Good) and reduced the butter to 1TB. I pulsed it in the food processor and it was absolutely fabulous!
