Cinnamon Hazelnut Biscotti
WOW were these great! I used pecans instead of Hazelnuts and used 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. I sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top bfore I baked them They smelled wonderful while baking. I will make these again and again.

Apple Scones
I made these scones with a few adjustments. I added 3/4 cup chpped pecans and 1/2 cup golden raisens to the batter. The dough was quite dry so I added 1/2 apple and another tablespoon of milk. I also added a teaspoon of cinnamom to the dough. These were wonderful! The aroma was enough to bring my husband in the shop. Will make these many times. Grandma Gin
