Asian Orange Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2010
I thought this recipe was very easy to make. The sauce was very good. My Husband would of liked more heat so next time I might add more red pepper. Thanks for the recipes.

Crab Rangoon

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2010
I made these without the crab and they came out very good. I also fried them instead of baking them. It took care of my cream cheese wonton craving.

Refried Beans Without the Refry

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2010
I make this recipes atleast twice a month. I do a few things differnt. First I add a whole jalapeno and half an onion. Also I use a creole seasoning(Tony Chachere's) instead of the salt, pepper, and cumin. I also add 3 cubes of chicken broth. If you want to make these salt free this seasoning comes in salt free. I love these whole instead of mashed. I will never buy pinto beans or refired again. Thank you for this wonderful recipe.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2010
I've never made Lasagna before and this was very easy. I didn't find it very time comsuming. Everyone just loved it. I did read the other comments and those were very helpful. I did do a few things differnt. I used ground turkey, all canned tomatoes had garlic, basil and oregano in them, the only seasoning I added was some Italian seasoning and that I never measured I just added with taste. I also added Italian seasoning to the ricotta cheese and egg instead of the salt and palsey. I also let the Lasagna set in my frigde over night and took it out a hour before I was going to cook it. My family is already requesting it again. Thank you John
