Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2012
I always like to try a recipe as written first. The only thing I did alter was using only 1 Tablespoon of the brown sugar as I don't like anything too sweet. This recipe was awesome. I've made alot of meatloafs in my time and this was right up there with the best. So easy. Never thought I'd be making a meatloaf in a slow cooker. Excellent recipe and all ingedients are usually on hand. My husband went nuts over this and said it was as satisfying as a steak dinner. Served with homemade roasted garlic mashed potatoes and green beans. Nothing was left so I can't comment on the great sandwiches I bet it would make the next day.

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2012
OMG! This was amazing!! Very simple yet restaurant quality. Not a big Pork lover but this was just over the top. I too added garlic and mushrooms to the sauce which gave it a lovely flavor. This was very easy to make and the results were just wonderful. Husband could not stop complimenting me.....then topped the evening off with the Southern Peach Cobbler from this site. Thank you for so many wonderful recipes.

Teriyaki Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2011
These were great..I was looking for something different from my usual buffalo wings....loved these....mine were not salty at all. These were gone in 5 minutes between my two boys and my husband. For a football game will probably make a double batch along with buffalo wings...nice contract in flavors.

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2011
Was very skeptical reading this but loved the reviews so decided to give it a try. I too used 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce and 1 Tbs. Soy Sauce. Used flavored panko bread crumbs. DIdn't have any evaporated milk so substituted fat free half and half. Didn't baste at all with barbeque sauce but sauteed some mushrooms and onions and served these on top. This was unbelievable. I've been making hamburgers for a lot of years and have never had them come out as flavorful or as juicy as this. Felt like this was a "special" dinner rather than a quick weeknight meal...that's how good they were. Thank you so much for such a great recipe.

Rosemary Braised Lamb Shanks

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2010
This was absolutely fantastic. My brother-in-law, who normally does not show much emotion about cooking, absolutely loved this. So easy to make and after all the initial prep work, you just sit back and relax while the dish simmers. Extremely flavorful....can only imagine how much better it would be if I let it simmer longer than indicated. Would also like to try it in the slow cooker. As my husband said, this is a 5 star restaurant dish!!!!
