Cumin Turkey Burgers

I followed the recipe exactly except I left out the jalapenos. The burgers were moist and flavorful but I wouldn't call them "spicy." My husband loved them!

Honey Cookies

I followed the recipe except I omitted allspice, as I had none. I agree with some of the other reviewers that you could cut down on the cloves as it's a bit overpowering. The muffins turned out great besides that...great texture. I also found that it made about 20 muffins. Great recipe - I will be making this again - minus some of the cloves.

Chicken Newburg

Excellent recipe. Next time I will leave out the extra salt, as it was very salty. The sauce was creamy and flavorful. I used this as a recipe for leftover chicken and it worked out great.

Scallops with White Wine Sauce II

This is an excellent sauce. I cooked the scallops longer than the recipe said as they did not seem done. The sauce and scallops with pasta was EXCELLENT.
