First of all I would like to say that this recipe was amazing! There was a couple things I had to change to make a little better. First off you dont need so many crackers. I used about 3/4 of what it told me. You dont want it to have too many crackers in it otherwise you cant taste the crab as much. Anothers thing is to add some garlic and you LOTS of mustard. You can add some more mayo if your crab cake is a little to dry. The last thing I would have to say is go with the expensive crab meat. It doesnt really matter how fishy your crab is to start of with. You change it alot by adding the cracekr crumbs and seasoning. Over all the recipe was amazing! And it felt like I was sitting at the pier eating them. This recipe is definately going to be a keeper.
