Turkey Pinwheel
I know many rate a recipe with each individual changes. Since I use all recipes for many of our meals, I usually do not follow the recipe exactly. I always add what I know my family will like. My family loved this recipe!!!! I did not add any salt, because if you use common sense, you know the rest of the ingredients definitely have sufficient amount of salt. Like with all of my recipes, when I'm preparing meat, I always add garlic and onions. I omitted the salt of course, and added a no salt seasoning. To the spinach mixture, I used fresh spinach, which I already had in the refrig. , and chopped mushrooms. To the ketchup, I added mustard, dijon mustard and a pinch of brown sugar and ginger.

Jumbo Shells with Asparagus, Prosciutto, Ricotta Cheese and Three Cheese Sauce
Made this last night and it was delicious!!!! My husband and family could not say it enough. Cooked the shells 5 minutes with the heat, then 2 minutes with the heat off. While the water was hot I warmed up the asparagus, about 5 minutes. I did use the frozen. I followed the recipe, but added herbs that I like to the ricotta. A little bit of dried basil and oregano. I had left over cuttings of red onions, tomatoes and cilantro, chopped them up and added it to the ricotta. Left out the salt and added pepper. Used a whole jar of (14 oz) of three cheese sauce for the bottom of the pan and another jar for over the shells. It was so good, there were only two shells left after dinner :(

NO YOLKS(R) Creamy Chicken Noodle Casserole
I pretty much followed the recipe. I boiled the chicken breast in the 32oz of chicken broth which I made because I didn't have chicken broth. 4 cups of water with two bouillon cubes (Knorr Caldo de Tomate). Didn't have thyme, so I used fresh cilantro and parsley. Used regular cream cheese. Used the dutch oven for everything. Stove to oven is the best. Noodles don't need to be precooked. I'm definitely saving this to my box. Oh, I did use 2 tbls of flour. The panko crumbs probably didn't need salt because of the butter. Enjoy!!!!
