Karen A's Chocolate Dump Cake

I misread the recipe the first time and used instant pudding. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE. I had to throw it all out and start over. Using Cook and Serve pudding, it was very good. I left off the chocolate chips and topped it with coffee ice cream and hot fudge. Delicious.

Hearty Breakfast Cookies

OH, YUM! I made these with2C whole wheat pastry flour, 1/4 C apple sauce and 1/4 C butter, and instead of rolled oats, I used rolled 5 grain cereal from the bulk foods section of my grocery store (rye, barley, wheat, oats) and pulsed them in the Cuisenart before adding. Other than those modifications, I followed the recipe and they turned out great!

Burgundy Pork Tenderloin

Oh, YUM! The only changes I made were I browned the meat first, cooked it at 350, covered, for 20 minutes, then at 500 degrees for 10 minutes on each side. Thanks for a great recipe!

Impossible Pumpkin Pie I

The pie was nice and smooth and the crustless aspect was unique but it had WAY too much ground cloves for our family. I'd reduce it to 1/4 t.

Barbeque Chicken

This has GOT to be my favorite chicken recipe of all time, and my family of 5 agrees! I used 12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs and followed the recipe to the letter. The chicken was oh-so-tender and tasted great. Unfortunately, there were NO leftovers! Thanks for a great recipe.

Pot Roast in Foil

The roast beef couldn't be better. And the gravy was wonderful! I cooked it with carrots and cubed potatoes ... the family devoured it. I have been searching in vain for a tender, juicy roast beef recipe and now the search has ended. LKW
