Breaded Parmesan Chicken

It was amazing. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed it. I made a few changes like always just according to my taste. I used the thin sliced chicken breastfeeding and lightly seasoned them with garlic powder and onion powder. For the breading mixture, I bought the cubed white bread herb stuffing and put it in a plastic bag and crushed it up finely. I used about 5 tablespoons of parmesan instead of 3, left the Italian seasoning and parsley the same, and used about 2 teaspoons of curry instead of one. I melted the butter in a separate container and dipped the chicken in it before coating it with the breading mix. After about 15 minutes on both sides I turned the broiler on for a couple minutes to crisp the top. I served it with homemade marinara and bow tie pasta and garlic bread. It was amazing!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Everyone who ate it fell in love! I made a few changes. First, when making the mix, I eliminated the mayo. I've been running and I don't need that in my diet plus my boyfriend hates mayo. Instead of lemon juice I used lime juice and i eliminated the basil and replaced it with dried parsley and used regular salt instead of celery salt because I didn't have any. I added garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and paprika to the mix. I added just a little water to not make it so thick but just a little. I also had some rolls on hand so i broke it up into crumbs and added it to the mix. Seasoning the tilapia is key. I used old bay from a suggestion from another user and seasoned both sides but not heavy. Make sure you watch the fish so to not overcook it. I broiled 2 1/2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other. Then I added the mix which was like a paste and put it back in for 2 1/2 minutes until it browned a little and got crispy. The butter melted on the fish a little which made it tasty. I served it with lightly seasoned white rice and bell peppers that I sauteed and added in when i broiled the fish. Everyone gobbled it down!

Taco Seasoning I

This is another great recipe for the books! Taco night was everyone's favorite when I make this. It makes you want to never eat another Taco Bell anything ever again. I've actually never had a taco this good from anywhere. I always add a little more everything especially crushed red pepper for the spice. I took the advice from someone else and added flour to the mix before shaking mixing the spice mixture together. I always dust the meat lightly with the spice mix while browning and then after it's done while it's simmering with the water. While doing that I prepare my cheese sauce mix which is velveta and ro-tel hot diced tomatoes (make sure they're hot or else it won't be the same) and warm them up together. This is the icing on the cake for the tacos. I then prepare whatever else I want for the tacos and put them in separate dishes with spoons so everyone can fix what they want. It's amazing.

Honey Baked Chicken II

This was amazing!I used chicken legs instead. I always season my meat, at least lightly, to give it more flavor. I seasoned it with onion powder, garlic powder, and complete seasoning lightly. I did what everyone said and cut the butter in half. I also replaced the salt with garlic salt and doubled the curry powder. I also added cayenne pepper for spice. It was amazing. Next time I think I will add more honey to balance the curry, but I love curry so it wasn't a big deal to me. I served that with country crock sweet potatoes and my boyfriend destroyed it.

Baked Spaghetti I

VERY good!! Only thing that I did different was added some more spices to taste like garlic powder and onion powder. The meat/sauce mixture definitely needed some salt added to it, but that was to taste as well. I added fresh garlic among the vegetables and I added shredded mozzarella after the cheddar also. Overall the dish was very very good.

World's Best Lasagna

World's Best Lasagna is the perfect name for this! I have made it many times and it was requested again and again. You couldn't even find it this good in a restaurant. It is very authentic. Whenever I make this, I add other spices I like to the sauce like onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper for spice. Make sure to get all fresh ingredients, it makes a HUGE difference. I took the suggestion from someone else to put nutmeg in the ricotta mixture and that brought the authentic taste perfectly! My ex hated ricotta so I put it in there anyway with the nutmeg and he destroyed it. I told him after and after that he made no objections. This is definitely a recipe for the books. I will be keeping this forever.
