Fabulous Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2013
Very versatile recipe, I changed a lot but unlike some people on here, I don't change the entire recipe then rate poorly stating that "It sucks" I thought some of my choices to change didn't work out so well but you can do much with this.

Hot Fudge Sauce II

Make sure you read the instructions...I melted the cocoa with everything in the recipe together, oh no...not good. But if it's done right, it's amazing.

Becky's Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2013
Oh so amazing. Thank you Becky from saving me from the deli to get store bought. Try topping the chicken salad with craisins, even those of you that say "I don't like cranberries" Do it anyway! You'll thank me for it. Me and my husband both hate cranberries but craisins on top of the chicken salad is amazing.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2013
This was fantastic. People say it's too dry. Even my husband said it was too dry, but then he said "But I like it soupy" If it's soupy, then the crust will be mushy. I thought it was perfect. LIttle note: Try using the "Never Fail Pie Crust II" That's the crust I used for this and it was so perfect and flaky and didn't get soggy at all.

Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2013
I will never buy store bought buns again. My husband and 3 yr old stole most of them but what I had, I enjoyed very much. I made mine in the bread machine on dough setting. Very easy.

Never Fail Pie Crust II

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2013
I didn't have butter flavored shortening but it didn't matter, It was amazing with regular shortening. No fail is right because I fail on most dough type stuff unless I use the bread maker :) I made a quiche with it and I still had enough left over to make homemade chicken pot pie. Enough crust for the bottom and top! I made the dough with the intention of using it the same night but I was short of eggs so I wrapped it and put it in the fridge. Rolled out great the next day (Quiche for lunch, pot pie for dinner) Thank you Mary for this fantastic recipe

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2012
I've made this twice now. Even if you don't have peppers, it doesn't matter. It's amazing. Onions are a must though. Mmmm I put these in a muffin pan as someone else mentioned to portion them out and took them to work for lunch. Mmmm

Should have doubled the recipe. Even in a house full of chocolate lovers, these did not even last one day.

Simple and great recipe, we always add a little extra soy and sometimes we don't do eggs because I'm lazy but it always makes for a nice dinner.

Super BLT

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2012
Never liked BLT's until I had this recipe. As a matter of fact, after I had surgery last month. The first thing I wanted when I woke up was this BLT. I sent my husband on a scavenger hunt to find everything needed cause I had to have it.

No Bake Cookies III

Classic recipe made from stuff we always have on hand. So If i feel I'm in need of chocolate...or fiber, I can whip these up in no time. Amazing results every time. If you don't know why they are setting up, never fret, just put it all into a big bowl and use a spoon, they are amazing however you eat them lol

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Delicious! I made these last halloween with candy "Glass shards" and edible blood. Looked amazing and tasted amazing. I wanted the inside of the cupcake to ooz a bit too so I put a blob of cherry filling on top of the batter before cooking and the cupcake rose around the cherry and made for a tasty addition. Mmmmmm
