i was hesitant to make a two and a half hour spaghetti sauce, because i think prego tastes better than a lot of italian restaurant dishes, but i dont know if i will EVER use prego again!!!
this was the BEST BEST BEST spaghetti ive ever had! i wasnt too crazy about the meatballs, but hubby raved about them too.
the sauce was perfect the next day, made mini pizzas, and used as a dipping sauce for mozzerella sticks.
i cant begin to explain how perfect all the spices were. loved it, next time i may use 2 cans of tomato paste to make it a tad bit thicker, but still, the sauce was WAY BETTER THAN AUTHENTIC ITALIAN RESTAURANTS.
