Apple Crisp II
I used 8 apples (fuji & gala;) soaked in water with lemon juice while I cut them up. With the apple seasoning I added 1T apple cider vinegar, omitted the water. Overall I used 1/2 the sugar called for. Used my fingers to smoosh up the butter into the brown sugar and flour, then I added the oatmeal (regular.) Baked in 9 x 13 glass pan. It turned out great: moist, with plenty of topping. We added unwhipped cream. I'll definitely be making this again!! Thanks for sharing!!

Low Carb Zucchini Pancakes
I'm low-carbin' it and thought I'd try these for a different breakfast. They are deliciously savory. I put the zucchini in a thin cotton towel in the colander, salt it and then wring out the liquid. I added extra parmesan and used minced red onions. FABULOUS!! I'll be making these again.

Vegan-Friendly Falafel
I make these with the tahini-sauce from the review and the tzatziki. EXCELLENT!!! Next time I'll make these gluten-free by using my Bob's Red Mill gluten free flour, or some oatmeal ground up in the coffee grinder. Makes a ton. Next time I'll halve the recipe unless I share it with another family.
