Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Elk Backstrap

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
I have done these cut as medallions also and if you can't use a grill you can pan sear them for 3-4 minutes (depending on preferred how done you like them) a side and finish them right in the same pan in a 450 oven for 4 more minutes. I like to make them even a little more gourmet by topping them with bleu cheese crumbles while finishing in the oven...nice recipe enjoy!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
I've been dying to try this recipe since it's the highest rated recipe here. I had 5 small bananas to use, added half a bag of chocolate chips and a tsp vanilla to the mix. I also didn't put the crumb topping on until the last 12 minuted of baking and they turned out the most amazing moist muffins I have ever had!

Beer Butt Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2010
I have been making this recipe at least once a week for the last month and I am rating it 5*s because I love the idea and I use the ingredients and directions as stated. I cook on our outdoor grill at 350 for an hour and a half for a five pound bird. One thing that I added last time is mix about a cup of beer half a cup butter and a packet of ranch seasoning and melted it all together and injected it the bird. I turned out really good but next time I may try a brine...

Teriyaki Turkey Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2010
These are absolutely delicious and a great way to use ground turkey. My husband and I are doing a very intense workout program so we are eating very lean these days but I hate to compromise good flavor. We'll be making these again and I will be sharing this recipe with my friends and family! Oh and I didn't have any Roman Meal bread so I had to use Panko bread crumbs. Thank you for sharing!

Marinated Tuna Steak

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2010
OMG this marinade is so simple and absolutely delicious!! My husband had a friend over who's never had tuna before and he LOVED it! I made enough to marinade some shrimp I was grilling with the tuna and they turned out the most amazing perfect flavor! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!
