Smoked Salmon Chowder
Super Yummy! I too (as some said below) didn't have fish stock and chicken stock instead. I also cut the recipe in half as I cook for 2. I added some fish sauce for flavor, and was short some ingredients but still turned out delicious! Awesome recipe!

Awesome Broccoli Casserole
I have to say, while the taste is...Good... the whole thing makes me feel like I'm going to have a heart attack during the middle of the night... I added Hashed potatoes into the mix to just get something else in there. There HAS to be some way to cut down on all the sour cream! like half sour cream and something else. I'll be surprised if I'm still warm tomorrow morning... its good though, just please dont make this an everyday meal.

Curried Corn Fritters
When I started making this, I had a huge gluey glob; I had to add twice the amount of milk, and then some more after adding the corn. I tasted the batter and it was really lacking flavor so I added some Madras Curry Mustard I have on hand. This helped a lot, but it still needed something. After cooking them, I ate it with Mango Chutney- they were pretty tasty, but it really needs something else; haven't put my finger on what yet.
