Potato Chips
I tried this recipe because I was looking for a healthier version of potatoe chips. I wanted to lose some weight but have fun with food while I was at it. My body needs carb so I thought this was a win-win for me... And boy was I right! I can honestly say I lost over 20 pounds eating potatoe chips! (Along with other healthy foods of course).

Ranch Burgers
This is my husband's favorite burger. It tastes awesome with some guacamole (I used the guacamole recipe by Bob Cody from this website ---I killed two birds with one stone: Doubled the guacamole recipe and set aside some for the burgers) with two cooked strips of bacon on top (One strip cut in half per burger). Next time, we will try crumbled blue cheese on top, cover it with a saucepan lid for a couple of seconds so the blue cheese can melt a bit and finish it off with bacon or mushroom, yum! Tip: Make sure the saltine crackers are crushed fine otherwise the burger might brake apart.

Easy Shrimp Dip
I used the suggestions of others: I used frozen salad shrimp instead of the canned shrimp. Also, there were quite some comments that the dip should be taken out of the fridge a couple of hours before so the cream cheese can soften. With this in mind, I bought the 8 oz. tub, WHIPPING cream cheese instead. It is nice and smooth and does not harden like the regular package of cream cheese does when placed in the fridge. It was very tasty, too. My family loved it. Next time, as a variety, I might buy another kind of whipping cream cheese to add more flavor to the dip.
