Mom's Italian Beef Barley Soup

This was amazingly easy to make, and a great recipe. I added a couple cloves of garlic and some fresh time to give it a little extra kick. I am new to slow-ccoker cooking, and this really opened my eyes as to how easy it can make your meals.

Greek Salad III

My husband and I both loved this salad. I added a little more lemon juice and garlic to the dressing, but just because that's our taste. Thanks for a GREAT recipe!!

Three Bean Salad

Italian Confetti Pasta Salad

Great base recipe to experiment with!! I changed it up a little based on other people's recommendations. I used the whole cup of mayo, but added a few squirts of zesty Italian dressing, fresh chopped oregano instead of basil, and stirred in some grated Parmesan. I used Roma tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, and cucumbers for the veggies, then some chopped up salami. Delicious!! Thank you again :)

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

Wow wow wow. This recipe is fantastic!! Since this was my first time ever making risotto, I followed the instructions exactly and it came out amazing. To everyone who says it takes much longer, you must not have your stock or your skillet hot enough, because the time was perfect for me. Thanks for a recipe that everyone loved and made me so proud of my first risotto!

Country Quiche

13 years ago I added this recipe to my allrecipes box, and I've been making it ever since! I put all different kinds of stuff in it, but always the 4 eggs, 2 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp flour, 3/4 cup shredded cheese. Always always always perfect quiche!
