Mexican Rice III

This rice was amazing! I made it according to the recipe and it was perfect. I little spicy for my taste but was a big hit!

Asparagus, Chicken and Penne Pasta

Great recipe. I did a 3 things different though. 1)I baked my chicken breasts whole in olive oil, garlic powder and parsley. We like to have a piece of meat seperate from the pasta. 2)I added chicken broth and a little lemon juice to the aspargus sauce. 3) I used Romano and Parmesan cheese. I will make this again!

Old Settlers' Baked Beans

My family loved these baked beans. I had never made bb from scratch before and these were perfect. I left out the ground beef and had doubled the recipe for my cookout.
