Quick Cassoulet
Important tip: Extend the cooker time - let this simmer for half an hour. ***And*** if there are beans that were dried and soaked overnight ... then cook for an extra half-hour or they're crunchy :( This dish failed for me and we had to go to the neighbourhood pub .... We put it in the slow cooker the next day on Low for 4 hours and it vastly improved so the beans weren't crunchy.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Great! Here's what I did differently ... I added 4 frozen/thawed bananas so it's way more banana-y. I didn't have baking soda so I used baking powder, it was white. I added a teaspoon of lime juice but no walnuts just for taste preference and consistency.

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip
Delicious but revised as per other reviewers. Omitted the evaporated milk. Also omitted the black olives for preference and made the salsa fresh from scratch. It needs a bit more spice.
