Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
What a tasty easy meal, good for company. I add i/2 - 1 cup red wine, worcestershire sauce (few drops) and beef obvfil (Knorr liquid), I brown the meat first and cut off any fat. Yummy. It's a fool around with recipie, I use different cream soups, I love it with celery. Makes loads of gravy. Highly recommend.

Very good. I will definately make this again. The sauce was yummy, but next time I will double it for the rice/noodles...makes a wonderful lemony gravy! Thank you!

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2010
I joined just so I could rate this recipie. I have made this several times now, and it is awecome. I did adjust it a little to suit our taste, but it is wonderful just as is. I would recommend doubling the sauce. I have also made the sauce seperately to have with tuscany potatoes...Yummy. Thank you, this is a favorite to serve for guests, they always ask for the recipie. And I love the fact that it is so quick to make!

Butter Tart Muffins

My family is addicted to these muffins, if I don't make them once a week they complain. Excellent dessert muffins. I do use 1 c. regular flour and the rest cake flour, and I double the recipie every time I make it. Thanks for the great recipie!

French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2011
This was so yummy, if you added raisins you would have bread pudding! It is wonderful as is, but it is sweet. I did mix in thin sliced apples. Will definately make again, this will be on my table Christmas morning for sure! Thanks for the recipie.

Chicken Breasts in Caper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2011
I made this tonite, and it was so good. My husband loved it, said it was the best chicken recipie yet. On the advice of others I doubled the sauce (a must!) and deglazed the pan after cooking the chicken. We will definately add this to our regular selection of dinner choices. Very good, thank you for the recipie.

Easy Chicken Cutlets with Apples

Reviewed: May 9, 2011
This is a very tasty fast meal. I did a custom version for myself, as another reviewer said, the sugar can be cut way back, 2 TBSP is what I will use next time. I did omit the salt, I used thin sliced Chicken breast and skipped the refrigerator and mallet parts. I also sprinkled with Montreal Chicken spice first. Next I will try adding raisins and omitting the sugar. This is really worth making. Thank you for a great recipe. I will make this often.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2011
This is so good! The first time I make recipes I do it exact to the recipe, and this one did not disappoint. The only thing I can even think of that may be added is some diced sweet onion. I may try that, but will definately make this over and over again! Thanks for a great recipe! Jan 6, 2012 - I had a craving for these again, so I did a double workout at the gym, came home with a fresh baguette, plum tomatoes and fresh basil. I am biting into these as I write, these are to good for words! I now dip my brush into the juice of the tomato mixture, spread it on the bread and brown in 400* oven prior to piling the bruchetta mixture on top. Today I added some sweet onions finely chopped...yum yum!!

Filet Mignons With Pepper Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2011
This sauce was so yummy, I can just taste it with sundried tomatoes with pasta...so many possibilities! I always make it the first time following the recipes pretty close, and it is great as it. Next time I will crush the peppercorns a bit more, and maybe use a few less..Thanks for a great recipe. My wheels are spinning with more possibilities for this one!
