I changed a few things about this recipe. I sauteed onion, garlic, carrot, broccoli, and the spinach. I used one 15 ounce container of Alfredo and mixed it with 3/4 cup milk. I took the ricotta and added one egg and red pepper flake (maybe 1/4 tsp). I layer like instructed but add about two tbsp of mozzarella cheese to the layers and then the rest to the top of lasagna. I also added about 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Then i topped it all off with panko bread crumbs and sprayed with cooking spray. It was as good as the Stouffers Vegetable Lasagna. But i'm sure much lighter!!! So yummy I will make time and time again.
