Sriracha Chicken with Scallions
This was delicious. I increased the recipe to 6 people for three not large eaters and had about 1 portion left over. We cleaned our plates! I didn't realize my chilli oil was "infused" oil not real chill oil so I used about 3 times the quantity and an additional 1/4 cup of sriracha to make up for it. I also decreased the butter significantly. It was not necessary. I used half white and half dark meat. Otherwise exactly as written including the layering of the ingredients in the pan. Wow! If you like spicy food this is it!!! The heat was layered exactly as the writer suggested and subtle even though very hot. Plain white basmati rice is the perfect accompaniment.

Slow Cooker Carolina BBQ
This is amazing! I added 2 tbs liquid smoke after reading the reviews and prepared it exactly as written except I had to freeze it for three days after the liquid was removed etc. Still came out perfect when I put it back in the slow cooker on high for about an hour. Four Northern men (Canadians) loved it. I can't wait to serve it to a southern woman next. I love this website!

German Texas Chili
This was a very savory, spicy, tasty chili. I used extra lean ground beef instead of the turkey because that's what I had in the house and a bottle of ale because I didn't have beer. I've never added sugar or cinnamon to meat before. It really was delicious. This is a keeper. I put it over white basmati rice.
