Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2014
I've had this recipe in my "box" for about 2years and I've used it multiple times. It's my go too recipe when I'm all out of the quick boxed mix, I know, Iknow....(shrug). This recipe is actually much better than the boxed stuff. I follow the recipe most of the time; but sometimes I add a 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla or maple flavoring..or sometimes both. With additional flavoring or without, this is a good recipe. this base is good if you want to add blueberries or chocolate chips...it's a favorite in my house.

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2014
These cookies were perfect; I had accidentally purchased crunchy peanut butter and my family hates crunchy; so I needed to do something with it. I figured; why not do cookies!! This recipe was perfect; my daughter and husband, the peanut butter snobs, loved it. I even made them again a week later and added mini chocolate chips. Yummy, yummy, yummy!!

Caramel Corn I

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2010
Great recipe!!! Made it for my family when they visited and they LOVED it. I only had peanuts at the time and it tasted wonderful; I'm not really a fan of pecans with caramel corn, so I'm going to use cashew instead; I'm sure it will be GREAT!!!

Best Peach Cobbler Ever

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2010
Very good; just make sure you only spoon the peaches over the batter; added all of the juices will make it a mushy runny mess. I added about a 1/4 cup of the juices becasue I like mine kind of moist. I also added 2 tablespoons of sugar to my peaches...I like things sweet. My husband was convinced that he didn't like peach cobbler, but he really liked this!!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2010
Excellent!!! Very easy to make, these were so good, my husband and I couldn't stop eating them. The next time I make them I'm going to add chopped pecans to the cinnamon topping, that should make them extra tasty.

French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2010
This recipe in general reminded me of my Mom's bread pudding, minus the cinnamon. My husband would never eat the bread pudding, but this he ate. My husband enjoyed the casserole with syrup, but I liked it without. My husband told me to put this dish in with my normal cooking rotation.
