Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese
I honestly thought this recipe was okay. I made it exactly as described. I found the top to be too cheesy and macaroni not cheesy enough. Maybe Colby is not the right cheese for this. In any case, I'm glad others liked it, but I think you need to find a way to spread the cheese more evenly, and do something to add some flavor.
