Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2001
Excellent!!! These were just VERY VERY Yummy! I almost forgot the butter (hehe left it in the microwave and was wondering why it looked real dry for a cookie mixture hehe) I ended up adding it in the very end (after folding in the chocolate chips) But they turned out great! It was VERY chocolatey. These are for chocolate lovers out there!

Grandma's Egg Custard Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 14, 2001
Overall it was pretty alright. It was my first time to make custard pie so I wasn't really sure what to expect when I made the filling. I really didn't care for the nutmeg so I replaced it with cinnamon. It tasted pretty good. But I too like my Custard Pies heavier and richer. I like custard pies a little more eggy. The recipe was VERY easy but make sure you've got steady hands to put it in the oven (i had some major spillage in my kitchen ~_~ ) My family said it was alright but not great. I'd make it again if someone REALLY REALLY needed custard egg pie fast.

Elaine's Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2001
The cookies came out very dry and chalky and it crumbled very easily. I didn't like it at all. Although, my 2nd and last batch was alright. In this batch I added 1/3 cup of brown sugar and a bit if margerine and some chocolate chips. It made it taste a lot better and a bit more moist but it still crumbled. I threw away the first batch and kept the last 2. I'll probably not make this again.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2001
I loved it! It was my first time to make fresh home made Cinnamon buns and it was easy! It tasted great! I placed them in a round baking pan next to each other and they were a lot softer. SOme I placed in the baking cups..well they didn't do so great. But over all it was a great recipe!

World's Greatest Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2001
Yummy Yummy! I loved the cookies and so did my husband. The only thing I did differently was put the chocolate chips within the batter, i found that a lot easier. But other than that it was a great recipe!
