Excellent!!! I marinated the ribs overnight using all of the ingredients listed in the original post (except a little less brown sugar). I grilled the ribs for about 30 minutes the following evening. While the ribs were on the grill, I added 2 tsp of corn starch and 2 tsp of water (mixed together) to the remaining sauce and heated it up on the stove until it was thickened like normal BBQ sauce. I used this sauce to baste the ribs while they were on the grill, and also served it on the side for anyone who likes a little extra sauce on their ribs.
