I'm single, but slowly making progress on my culinary skills. Right now I attempting to cook all of the popular recipes. I am trying to get a feel for the basics and experiment a little with technique and other peoples suggestions. So far so good. So far my family tradition is letting my mom do all the cooking, but I am hoping to change that. I would like to surprize her when I visit. I cooked the entire Christmas dinner this past year 2009. Everyone was really impressed, even me. I hope to take over from now on. About every third meal I attempt. Getting better though. Floury gravey :( grose
