Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2010
Thumbs up! This recipe was a hit with my husband, and he's not easy to please. Only modification I made was I sauteed onions with fresh garlic and added to soup mix. I also added one cup of sour cream. Thank you for sharing.

I made this frosting and it was good. If I make it again, I may substitute butter for the shortening. Thank you for sharing.

Uglies

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2010
This was a huge hit with my family. I made a few changes though. Instead of beef, I used shredded pork and one of the reviewers recommended using Sweet Baby Ray’s Brown BBQ sauce (I used the award winning sauce). I used the handi-foil pot pie pans and got the big size biscuits. My husband gave me a 10 for both presentation and taste! I will definitely make these again. They were not only easy, but fun to make! Thank you for sharing your wonderful recipe. :):):)

Julia's Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
I tried this recipe, and it was ok. If you are watching your sodium intake, I do not recommend this recipe as it was too salty. If I make it again, I will omit the onion soup mix or just use half the package. Thank you.

Red Velvet Cupcakes

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2010
The cupcakes were ok; however, it was more of a chocolate cupcake vs. red velvet. When I make them again, I will use 2 Tbls cocoa power instead of 1/2 cup. The frosting was fabulous. Thank you for sharing. 6 Mar 10 -- I tried this recipe again, but this time, I used 1 Tbls cocoa powder. This is not a true red velvet recipe. It was very dry as well. Sorry, I do not recommend this recipe at all. I would give it "NO STARS", but I cannot edit my ratinngs. The frosting gets 5+ stars!
