Lemon-Thyme Cornish Hens

Excellent Swiss Steak Recipe!! Very good flavor. I added bell pepper too. My husband and I really like it. My husband says it is better than the way his mother fixes swiss steak...says a lot!! It is definitely going in my recipe box to cook again and again. Thanks for the recipe!
