Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Crabmeat

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2010
Turned out GREAT! I used king crab meat and Tofutti Herb & Chive instead of cream cheese (milk allergy). I about doubled the crab and "cream cheese" than the recipe says to make more filling, which was a little too much to fit into the chicken but gave extra for serving/eating. I will definitely be making this again.

15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme

Reviewed: May 16, 2010
This was GREAT! I added a can of pinto beans and it made so much that it lasted 2.5 meals for my boyfriend and I. A very quick, very easy nacho night!

Cinnamon Streusel Orange Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2010
These were absolutely amazing! Best recipe on the website! For more orange flavor I added 1 teaspoon Orange extract. Also, I used soy milk and tofu instead of buttermilk and eggs (food allergies) and they still turned out scrumptious! Since I have a crazy sweet-tooth, I even drizzled some powdered sugar & soy milk frosting over the top. I will definitely be making these over and over again!

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
These were great! I used soymilk and egg replacer (allergic to milk and eggs) and added ~1tsp of vanilla and they were light and fluffy and delicious! Even great in the toaster the next day.

Honey Ribs

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
These were definitely "fall-off-the-bone" ribs! Very tender, super easy. I also substituted worstechier sauce for soy sauce as other reviews had said. My boyfriend loved them and I will be making ribs MUCH more often now with this recipe!

Cinnamon Syrup

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2010
This was AWESOME! After having a "Cinna-Stack" at IHOP, I found this recipe and had to make my own homemade version! This was thin enough to be the only syrup you need with some super fluffy pancakes and really turns breakfast into sweet treat! I acutally stored the excess in a plastic squeeze bottle in the fridge and it lasted a few weeks just fine. I always make sure I have some on hand now because pancakes without it just aren't the same!

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2011
Perfect for making the famous mall "Cookie Cake" at home. I followed the recip with one change (egg replacer for allerigies) and it came out great! I made it in a 16" pizza pan and it fit fine. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2011
Due to milk allergies I made this with a mixture of soymilk and tofutti for the half and half (which I would've expected to taste "OK" at best) and it worked out really well! A great recipe for potato soup. Was wonderful served in a bread bowl!

Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2012
I make this to pour over cheese ravioli from the frozen food section of the grocery store at least once a month. The spice proportions are perfect and I always put it into my magic bullet blender after cooking to make it a great, smooth sauce. I actually replace the cream with Vanilla Soy Milk and the butter with a non-dairy spread and it is still wonderful! I haven't tried to freeze it but I think it would even freeze and keep well. It's SUPER easy to make and I recommend it to everyone!

I've made these three times now and still love them. Super easy, very yummy, and great with some mashed potatoes, or carrots or corn on the cob.

Quick, easy, yummy. Next time I will add onions or taco seasoning, something for more flavor. Still a great, quick meal!

Sarah's Rice Pilaf

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2012
This was great! I just used 1 cup rice since I didn't have any orzo. Perfect tenderness. It was a little low on flavor so I added a sprinkle of McCormick's Grill Mates: Garlic & Onion and a dash of dried chives. I served it with Parmesan crusted baked flounder and it went very well.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2012
Super easy, great base recipe. The second time making it, I added 1/2 diced white onion with the chicken as other reviewers suggested and it was more flavorful. Great over farfelle (bow-tie) pasta or rice with steamed broccoli or carrots on the side. Makes great leftover lunches also!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: May 16, 2010
It was good, but a little bland and tasted just like a "typical stew". It was easy to throw in the crock pot before work and was cooked well, just could have used more flavor.
