Classic Cinnamon Rolls
Great texture. Very light but my only complaint is that they go stale very fast. If you don't eat them within a couple of hours, they start to go hard and forget about eating them the next day. I wonder if using milk instead of water would prevent this?

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III
I thought the combination of pumpkin and chocolate was odd before I made these cookies and now it's confirmed. I think it would be a better cookie without the chocolate. I'm sorry I wasted so many choc chips.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Apart from halving this recipe, I made it as directed. While the loaf was baking, I thought that it smelled weird. I thought it smelled bad actually and now that I've tasted it, I can taste what I didn't like about it when it was baking. Maybe it was the cloves? I don't use cloves often. The texture is nice and moist. It's not too sweet and I think the spice level is fine but there's something about it that turns me off a little.
