Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2012
I followed the recipe and it turned out great! So easy to make. I made the batter the night before, stored it in the fridge and it tastes good the next morning. Will definitely make again!

Popovers

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2010
20mins at 230C and another 20mins at 175C burnt my first batch of popovers. With my 2nd batch i put 15mins at 200C and another 15mins at 190C - turned out better, but the crust was still too dark while insides a little moist. Will try again in future, but would perhaps substitute a little sugar/honey to the salt to it to make it sweet instead of savoury.

Diabetic Dog Treats

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2010
I substituted liver with baby food - pumpkin, beef and potato. My dogs loved it! Easy enough to make, will definitely do it again.

Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
This recipe is fantastic! I used a mixture of sesame oil and olive oil and the ginger gave a zing to the whole taste. I left out the mustard though, as I didn't have any. I will use this recipe in future instead of store bought.

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2010
Nice and crispy on the outside, soft and tender on the inside. My first attempt at this recipe and will definitely try it again! I took other reviewers' recommendation and added some herbs like basil, oregano & black pepper. I didn't have garlic salt, so I chopped up some garlic and added salt into it. Will get some proper garlic salt in future to compare the difference.
