Beef, Green Chili and Tomato Stew

Wonderful taste! I added a little more garlic and thickened up with a bit of flour & butter mixture at the end. My husband & kids loved it!! And real easy!! I served it over a biscut & with a salad.

This pie turned out wonderful. The filling did not run at all.. I used Splenda in place of the sugar and it taste and looks wonderful. Thank You for a great recipe!

Oriental Asparagus Salad

Easy, great taste,low cal and did I mention that it taste great!! Make sure that you don't overcook the asparagus...cooked mine for only 3mins..was still crispy but not raw...just made it for the second time today ( made this recipe yesterday for first time..and it is all gone!!)

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

These were wonderful...like the ones that you get at a resturant...I have made others that were good but not really like the orginal ones...easy and the sauce is just right..not so hot that you can't enjoy the wings but still have a kick!!

JIF® Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies

Very good basic Peanut Butter Cookies. Soft and chewie..watch the time on baking and don't over bake..if they appear soft when taking them out of the oven..they will set up as they cool! Will be using this reciepe again and again!

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

We tried this recipe for Easter and thought it was amazing. It made the meat very tender and we ended up not using a leg a lamb but a rib roast of a lamb. It still turned out amazing. When looking through the reviews we did add the 1/4 c of balsamic vinegar and 1/4 c olive oil. Also when cooking we checked on the meat every 30 minutes and added additional water to the bottom of the pan. This allowed for the meat to not dry out. It also helped to make the gravy for the lamb and it was out of this world. The only thing we had to adjust was the cooking time. Instead of cooking it for 55-60 minutes we ended up cooking it for 50 minutes. We could have taken it out earlier because of the internal temperature, but the meat didn't turn out to be well done. We still had medium rare pieces.
