Wonderful taste! I added a little more garlic and thickened up with a bit of flour & butter mixture at the end. My husband & kids loved it!! And real easy!! I served it over a biscut & with a salad.

Asian Tuna Patties

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2004
I have made these over and over again!! They are wonderful. They freeze great!! I usually make up a double or triple batch. Shape them, put them on a cookie sheet to freeze and then put them in a large freezer bag, when they are frozen. this way they do not stick together and are ready to use.

Ripe Olive Potato Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2004
I have to agree with the last rating - it was GREAT!! I doubled the recipe and it was all gone by the end of the day. The flavors were bright and can not compare to anyother potato salad I have ever made. I used fresh dill!

Jacky's Fruit and Yogurt Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2004
Wonderful texture, very moist and the flavor is great. The only thing I did different was I made up a mixture of brown sugar, regular sugar, chopped nuts and a little bit of butter and sprinkled on top of muffin just before I put into the oven. I have made many different types of muffins but these are going to the top of the list..better than most that I have bought in specialty stores...family loved them. Could use most any type of fruit but I would definately use same flavor yogart to add to the intensity of the flavor of finished muffin

Earthquake Cake I

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2004
This cake is sooo good, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I had some problem taking the cut pieces out of pan because of the bottom layer, so next time, and there will be a next time, I am going to make sure that I really oil the pan better or but some type of paper on the bottom of the pan for easier serving....the taste and conbination of ingredients made this cake really special!!

I have made these 5 times already and never had a leftover!! The dough comes together quickly and have never turned out tough. Be careful not to over bake them!! I just made a batch and added chopped green chilies from a can that I drained..they are to die for!!
