Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake

This recipe is just wonderful...if I could give it more than 5 stars I would!! I cut a small slice when it came out of the oven and it was good...put it in the frig and may kids found it and it was gone in like 2 hours!! Really is good cold! I did what others had suggested and but the brown sugar mixture on the bottom of the pan. When I inverted it, what was left in the pan, I just scooped it up and but back on the top of the cake!!

Pumpkin Bread Puddin'

Wonderful....I added a little more pumpkin, maybe an other half cup.....really, really great!! Freezes well. But we took the rest out of freezer the next day and baked it and it was gone in no time fast... I had doubled the reciepe!!! Next time I think that I will leave the chocolate chips off and add raisins to the bread pudding mixture....

Strawberry-Mango Mesclun Salad

Very fresh, crisp flavor. we really enjoyed this salad and have made it again. I also have used the salad dressing on other green salads and really has a wonderful addition to regular dressing that we use everyday. Comes together in minutes.

Easiest Focaccia Recipe

Lighter Banana Muffins

Wow these muffins were great. I used artificial sugar and 1 teas of vanilla and 1 teas of cinnimon. Got the calorie count down to 145 cal per muffin, but I used 4 banana's about 7" long that were really, really ripe...really filling, o and I didn't use the nuts, but I bet that would really make them extra good. But was trying to keep the cal count low.

Original Homemade Italian Beef

Really yummy!!! I added beef stock as mentioned in some of the reviews and for out taste only have of the peppers and but them in the crockpot right at the begining...will be making this many more times in future.

Really enjoyed...used artifical sugar instead of real sugar.. and used Dream Whip instead of whipped cream to cut the calorie count abit..it was still wondeful.

Turned out wonderful, used unsweetened applesauce instead of oil and use artificial sugar in place of sugar..turned out even better than using the oil and real sugar as stated in recipe....

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

We tried this recipe for Easter and thought it was amazing. It made the meat very tender and we ended up not using a leg a lamb but a rib roast of a lamb. It still turned out amazing. When looking through the reviews we did add the 1/4 c of balsamic vinegar and 1/4 c olive oil. Also when cooking we checked on the meat every 30 minutes and added additional water to the bottom of the pan. This allowed for the meat to not dry out. It also helped to make the gravy for the lamb and it was out of this world. The only thing we had to adjust was the cooking time. Instead of cooking it for 55-60 minutes we ended up cooking it for 50 minutes. We could have taken it out earlier because of the internal temperature, but the meat didn't turn out to be well done. We still had medium rare pieces.

Squash Casserole with Crunchy Pecan Topping

The best new recipe that I made in 2008..made just as stated and it was great!! Could almost use as a desert!! Have made it 3 or 4 times already and my family keeps on asking for it!!
